Pastry Chef

We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare various desserts, pastries or another sweet goods. Your skill in baking excellent treats must be matched through your creativity to build up new amazing tastes and recipes.

The right candidate will likely be well-versed in culinary arts with a real love for sweet and delicious creations. That doctor needs to observe protection standards to supply clients with the very best serving.

The thing is to increase client satisfaction to ensure we will maintain and expand our clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lots of goods for instance cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
  • Create new and exciting desserts to resume our menus and engage the interest rate of shoppers
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will likely be beautiful and exciting
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients for instance flour, sugar etc. and then make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of fabric and condition of exercise machines and devices used in order to smoke
  • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more proficiently
  • Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
  • Keep a lean and orderly cooking station and observe protection standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
  • Great focus detail and creativity
  • Organizing and leadership skills
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
  • Comprehensive familiarity with sanitation principles, cooking food and baking techniques and nutrition
  • Working familiarity with baking with ingredient limitations (pastries which are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
