Call Centre Supervisor

We want a competent Live answering services company supervisor to organize and direct the staff of our call centre. You can be responsible for assessing their work and impart them with feedback to maximize performance.

A very good call centre supervisor should have client service and supervisory experience. An excellent candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate. You will end up organized and reliable and results-oriented.

The objective is to realize drive excellent performance from the team that will bring sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help with the formulation of targets for anyone and teams
  • Hire and on-board new employees
  • Respond to questions from staff and supply guidance and feedback
  • Anticipate escalation and dominate calls as needed
  • Devise tips on how to optimize procedures whilst staff motivated
  • Measure performance with key metrics including call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and gratification reports

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as call centre supervisor or similar supervisory position
  • Experience with client service is vital
  • Experienced in English; Good knowledge of additional languages might be a definite plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant applications
  • Familiarity with performance evaluation procedures
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • A results-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to function pressurized
  • Secondary school diploma
