Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to assist us expand our clientele. You could be the front with the company and may have the dedication to produce and apply an efficient sales strategy.

The objective would be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a rise strategy focused both on profit and client satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospects
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clientsê objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop beginner’s staff into valuable salespeople

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an enterprise development manager, sales executive or perhaps a relevant role
  • Proven sales qualifications
  • Experience of support is a vital
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create rapport
  • Time management planning and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business, sales or relevant field
