Technical Account Manager

We are searching for an experienced Technical account manager to supervise and address our customersê technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the stage that sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Being a Technical account manager, you need to be a tech-savvy professional, able to spell out technical details as well as to a non technical audience. It’s also wise to be results-driven and anticipate to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, you will provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide tech support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address all product-related queries on time
  • Train customers to make use of products effectively
  • Provide developers with customersê feedback to support identify potential extra features or products
  • Set of product performance
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyse customersê needs and suggest upgrades or other functions in order to reach their requirements
  • Liaise with the sales department to win start up business and increase sales
  • Establish best practices
  • Account for sales performance metrics

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience being a Technical account manager
  • Solid technical background with mitts on experience of digital technologies
  • Perception of software and front-end development
  • The power to gasp customersê needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
