Online Support Officer

We are currently seeking an Online Support Officer to provide quality and timely first level technical support and assistance to both local and remote users who are using Try Me Hire Me Website.

Key accountabilities for this position include:

  • Providing first level technical assistance, support and troubleshooting advice
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Providing detailed information about products and services
  • Referring complex enquiries to the second level support team
  • Maintaining product information and user guides
  • Undertaking administrative support tasks

To be successful in this role, you will have a post-secondary qualification, demonstrated experience delivering high quality service and support to a range of stakeholders, and be looking to work as part of a collaborative team. Our ideal candidate will also have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a demonstrated aptitude for using a range of technology applications and systems. In addition, high level communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, while maintaining high attention to detail, are essential for this role.
