Senior Account Executive

We are searching for a skilled Senior account executive to control our account portfolio and supervise our account executives team.

In this role, strong communication skills along with a customer support attitude are essential. Like a Senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and assist us achieve our business goals.

Ultimately, you will be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor sales targets
  • Identify potential customers and approach strategies
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Become the liaison between clients and account executives
  • Supervise the account executives and representatives team make certain deadlines are met
  • Resolve issues and take care of complaints with ease
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches
  • Get feedback and suggest strategies to increase customer engagement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior account executive
  • Solid exposure to CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • The skills to grasp and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and team management techniques
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
