Territory Manager

We are searching for a Territory Manager to assist us increase our sales revenues and look after customer relationships in an assigned geographical area.

During this role, we seek outstanding organizational and purchasers skills. We expect you to be a fantastic communicator who understands customer needs. For anyone who is also goal-driven and analytical, we want to meet up with you.

Ultimately, you will make sure our company is happy and find ways to grow our sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise effective territory marketing and sales strategies
  • Analyse data to get the best sales methods
  • Discuss with customers to handle concerns and offer solutions
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Present products to potential customers
  • Engage in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to grow customer relationships
  • Conduct tactics pertaining to sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Assess sales performance as outlined by KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience being a Territory Manager
  • Proven history of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Power to develop sales strategies and utilize performance KPIs
  • Experienced in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a connected field
