We are trying to find a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to maintain invalids and injured individuals a reliable and considerate manner. You are fine below the supervision of your health professional or doctor.

LPN professionals have to be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The perfect candidate will probably be informed about providing diverse basic want to those that need it while remaining patient and calm. It is just a demanding job but also very rewarding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Record a patient’s wellness background accurately
  • Take and record measurements of hypertension, temperature, beats per minute etc.
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
  • Monitor patients√™ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
  • Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities just like eating, bathing etc.
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., neat and dress wounds and improve other basic health care treatment tasks
  • Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
  • Provide psychological and emotional support when asked
  • Communicate with patients√™ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as LPN or similar role
  • Ability to execute a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a very multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding of hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and operations
  • Idea of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent information about medical and hospital terminology
  • Good information about MS Office and data entry
  • Perfect physical condition and stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate capable to handle stress
  • Successful finishing of LPN license program is important
