Insurance Sales Representative

We want a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to assist us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You might identify their requirements and demands and then sell on accordingly.

The goal is to formulate strong relationships to be sure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
  • Contact prospective clients and make rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of economic or individual customers and then sell on the proper protection plans
  • Collect information from clientês on their own risk profiles as a way to offer them the proper solution
  • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your company endeavours
  • Retain continuous understanding of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Check insurance states solidify trust and safeguard reputation
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and put it on to the field
  • Fulfil all company-established policy obligations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an insurance coverage sales representative
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
  • Ability to work alongside computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions along with creating long-lasting relationships
  • Twelfth grade or BSc degree
