HR Business Partner

We are seeking a certified HR business partner to supervise all hr operations and make sure they’re aligned with these business goals.

Our ideal candidates really should have solid knowledge of HR practices and employee management. You can communicate using the board of directors with senior managers to talk about new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and us culture.

Ultimately, you will act as a consultant on hr management and organizational changes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Speak with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyse trends and metrics using the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Always work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and folks
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience being an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
