Field Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Representative that can also work with little direction to ensure the excellent of customer service. The goal should be to maximize customer commitment as well as prosperity of business by producing makes a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all customer service tasks in external facilities
  • Operate efficiently to decide all on-page installation, repair, maintenance and test activities
  • Guarantee the work progress accurately follows the agenda
  • Perform troubleshooting and strive to settle issues
  • Produce frequent and analytical service reports
  • Operate vehicle in a very safely manner and employ field automation systems
  • Comply with company’s given foibles
  • Form teams with colleagues and pass on material
  • Discern customer needs and present advice or recommendations
  • Formulate relationships of trust with customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an area service representative
  • Ability to take care of and preserve technical equipment
  • Good understanding of English
  • Power to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
  • Accustomed to presenting mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification
