Chef de Partied

We are searching for a reliable Chef de Partie to amaze the patrons of the establishment with excellent cooking good chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work is going to be heavily weighed to your client’s contentment. The best goal is to inflate our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies within the cooking stations
  • Prepare ingredients that you should frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
  • Go through guidance of your executive or sous chef and possess input in new options for presentation or dishes
  • Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
  • Help to keep up a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Chance to multitask and work efficiently under time limits
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • Culinary school diploma
