Sales Consultant

We want an experienced sales consultant to keep track of and analyse our sales department performance and suggest new strategies.

Our ideal candidate should be able to use statistical analysis software and give reports on marketing and advertising metrics. You are going to collaborate together with the sales team plus the marketing department to accomplish business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the services offered, such as the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Set targets for that sales department
  • Collaborate together with the marketing department to arrange common strategies
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
  • Analyse market trends
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments
  • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
  • Motivate sales team to accomplish accomplishment
  • Find prospective buyers and new target segments

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience being a sales consultant
  • In-depth comprehension of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS
  • Information about CRM programs
  • Ability to assemble and interpret data
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field
