Engagement Manager

We are seeking an Engagement Manager to develop positive relationships with clients during projects. You’ll function as the assigned clientsê first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain pleased with our services.

To achieve this role, you’ll want to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience of sales and client service is definitely an asset within this position. As a team player and a problem-solver, we would like to meet up with you.

Your goal will probably be to ensure our relationships with company is strong, profitable and enduring.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers because their primary point of contact
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
  • Make sure contract stipulations are met
  • Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Address customer difficulty with speed and efficiency
  • Work together with sales teams to build new customers
  • Prepare reports on project performance

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as being an Engagement Manager
  • Project management experience
  • Background in sales and customer service is a vital
  • Experienced in MS Office and CRM/project management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or similar field
