Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to give things to look for and in promoting this idea through the entire organisation. The thing is always to keep your department running in a simple yet effective and profitable manner, to increase customer support, loyalty and retention and in order to meet their expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve support services experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of buyers issues and follow problems by way of resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document support services actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop support services agents and nurture a host where they will excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep in advance of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Follow and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow based on priorities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven working experience like a support services manager, retail manager or assistant manager
  • Example of providing support services support
  • Excellent comprehension of management methods and methods
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working comprehension of support services software, databases and tools
  • Understanding industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability when you consider strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
