Team Leader

We are trying to find a qualified team leader to handle our team and still provide effective guidance. You can lead to supervising, managing and motivating downline on an everyday basis.

Together leader, you are definitely the contact point for many downline, so your communication skills ought to be excellent. You should also be able something proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you need to lead by setting an example and engage the team to obtain goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment by having an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and set of metrics
  • Motivate downline
  • Discover training needs and still provide coaching
  • Focus on downlineÕ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize good harvests and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building events activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth comprehension of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or tactics pertaining to team leading is a plus
