Assistant Director

We are trying to find a competent Assistant Director to secure the director in departmental planning and monitoring progress. You are likewise working to increase productivity and be sure compliance with rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aid in developing and implementing plans and goals with the department
  • Work while using director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor attainment of objectives
  • Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
  • Aid in budgeting and monitoring expenses
  • Maintain scheduling of events and represent the corporation as required
  • Create reports and add them towards the director or any other executives
  • Fulfil duties as assigned with the director

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as assistant director or any other similar position
  • Knowledge of performance and processes management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software (e.g. ERP)
  • Outstanding communication and presenting and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in business administration or related field; MSc/MA is definitely an asset
