Program Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake various administrative and program management tasks. You will aid in planning and organizing programs and activities and also carry out important operational duties.

To become a great program coordinator, you need to be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. For those who have further skills in program development and hr support, we would like in order to reach you.

The goal could be to facilitate the effective control over programs based on the organization’s standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination of a program as well as its activities
  • Ensure implementation of policies and practices
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
  • Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
  • Improve positive relations inside the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Ensure technology is required correctly for those operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
  • Prepare paperwork and order material
  • Keep updated records and make reports or proposals
  • Support growth and program development

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
  • Expertise in program management and development procedures
  • Expertise in budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
  • Tech savvy, experienced in MS Office
  • Ability to utilize diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
