District Manager

We are trying to find a high-achiever District Manager to act as the true secret outcomes of the headquarters and assigned district’s branches. You are going to help branches stay up to date with company policies and you may ensure target increasing sales and building productive customersÕ relations. The successful candidate might be accountable for district’s day-to-day operations all of which will undertake company policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent a liaison involving the headquarters and the area’s branches by causing regular visits and reaching management
  • Be accountable for operational practices ensuring each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and purchases estimates
  • Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow share of the market, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence on the clients
  • Cultivate and grow a powerful team of committed branch managers that will hold profit margins and implement business strategy plan
  • Ensure that each one projects are executed profitably and compliance to standardised business practices
  • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to help keep updated with competition

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven district management working experience
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and clear thinking
  • Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
  • Strong leadership and selection skills
  • Ability to trade, manage and drive growth
  • Excellent customer relationship management techniques
  • BS/MA in Business Administration
