Office Administrator

We are searching for a reliable Office Administrator. They are going to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the other staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of a cubicle administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The best candidate will probably be competent in prioritizing and dealing with little supervision. Will have them self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and processes to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to make certain performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. with the upper management
  • Manage calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and improve records and databases with personnel, financial and also other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and set orders at the appropriate interval
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent information about MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will probably be an edge
  • Twelfth grade diploma; BSc/BA at work administration or relevant field is preferred
