We are seeking a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retailers and fill in for the Store Manager when needed. Your task will be highly crucial in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Assistant Manager responsibilities include hiring and training sales associates, monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based on demand. Additionally, you will research competitive products and analyse consumer behaviour to make sure our store meets and exceeds client expectations.
Our ideal candidate may have retail manager skills which has a sharp business mind-set. It’s also wise to be good at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be extremely helpful, since you’ll get acting being a liaison between managers, employees and customers.
