To be a Secretary you might assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in an effort to optimize workflow procedures within the office.

You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting these with planning and distributing information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer messages or calls and redirect them when needed
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File increase details of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and have a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies online and place appropriate orders
  • Make arrivals
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an assistant or administrative assistant
  • Expertise in office organization and optimization techniques
  • High level of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Secondary school diploma
