Office Assistant

We want a competent Office Assistant to assistance with the business and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The right candidate might be a hard-working professional able to try several different office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize office and assist associates in manners that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications on time
  • Create & improve records ensuring accuracy and validity of real information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor degree of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and answer requests or issues
  • Coordinate compared to other departments to guarantee compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience just as one office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Familiarity with back-office & computer systems (ERP software)
  • Working information about office equipment
  • Thorough perception of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management strategies
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
