Digital Account Manager

We are trying to find an experienced Digital account manager to participate in our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help you our clients improve their web presence.

Like a Digital account manager, you will have solid experience in marketing which has a customer support approach. Itês also wise to have predictable figures of how digital tools increase the value of company strategy and performance.

Ultimately, you will promote business growth through creating and tweaking long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Are the stage that contact for clientsê for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and observe after frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for the assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to extend customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and regularly
  • Optimize information to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Present social media methods to clientsê
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Analyse digital campaigns success
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience like a Digital account manager
  • Practical knowledge about SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • In-depth familiarity with web marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer support and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
