Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a Call Centre Representative that will be the liaison between us and current and potential customers. The successful candidate should be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer happiness essentially of any decision and behaviour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage copious amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts & when handling different topics
  • Identify customersê needs, clarify information, research every issue and offer solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunity to upsell products after they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records off conversations in this contact centre database in a very comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and gratification level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a very support role
  • Reputation of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills in addition to active listening
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to various personality types
  • Chance to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Senior high school degree

Work Trial:
