Relationship Manager

We are trying to find a Relationship Manager to construct and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely upon you to figure out ways to outperform our competition and observe after our company’s positive image.

To reach this role, you need to be a great communicator, capable of working with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to certainly be a strategic thinker through an analytical mind and robust problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to enhance our logo and profits within the long-run.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and develop promises to address them
  • Identify key staff in client companies growing profitable relationships
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities towards sales team
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Try and preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Approach prospects to determine relationships
  • Gain solid understanding of competitors

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Comprehension of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer services are preferred
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mind-set
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
