Chief Marketing Officer

We want an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee all marketing operations with the company and develop its web marketing strategy and vision. You will be in control of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and definitely will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

An excellent CMO is passionate for their profession and possess great knowledge for every item and fixture marketing. They will balance an operating mind-set with an innovative business acumen and lead people through complex marketing operations.

The objective is to ensure the company’s marketing attempts are successful to help it outperform competition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Listen & to the trends of the industry and direct the researching the market efforts with the company
  • Liaise with other departments to compliment a unified procedure for customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands
  • Define marketing strategies to offer the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Establish a feasible marketing arrange for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and make sure they project send out unique voice
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR along with marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Build a very efficient team of advertising professionals
  • Create a good network of strategic partnerships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience of developing efficient strategies and business plans for everyone marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Solid perception of researching the market and data analysis methods
  • Ability to make use of advertising models over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Understanding of numerous business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
  • Experienced in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
  • A pacesetter with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
