Vice President (VP) of Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department. You can design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Our ideal candidate has a compelling Marketing background experience managing a number of promotional projects end-to-end, including advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques. Our VP of Marketing will report straight to the CEO and definitely will oversee internal Marketing teams. To be successful with this role, you should be highly professional. It’s also wise to play a large role shaping you can actually strategic planning.

Ultimately, you should be able to be sure that the Marketing department’s activities bring about our company’s long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing want to increase brand awareness
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Design and assess the Marketing department’s budget
  • Engage with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them at the appropriate time
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
  • Conduct market analysis to name challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and concepts to set up effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning with the company’s objectives
  • Track competitors activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as being a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Knowledge about CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management techniques
  • Strategic mind-set, with ability to generate difficult decisions
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
