Client service representatives can put themselves in their customersê shoes and advocate on their behalf when necessary. Customer opinions is priceless, which CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer service specialists. They can be confident at troubleshooting and investigate when they do not have sufficient information to fix customer complaints.
