Customer Service Representative

We are trying to find a customer-oriented service representative.

A buyer service representative, or CSR, will work as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The most effective CSRs are genuinely excited to help you customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They adore to talk. Client service representatives can put themselves in their customersê shoes and advocate on their behalf when necessary. Customer opinions is priceless, which CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer service specialists. They can be confident at troubleshooting and investigate when they do not have sufficient information to fix customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage large numbers of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customersê needs to quickly attain satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and handle information when using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives inside the time limits; post disaster to
  • be certain resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Use the one step further to interact customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Good reputation for over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Information about CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and power to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Senior high school degree
