Field Service Technician

We want a self-starter Field service technician to provide the desired support services experience. The objective is to drive service success that improves customer support, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and customer service during field visits or dispatches
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Operate vehicle in a very safely manner and workout field automation systems
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information all over the organisation
  • Comprehend customer requirements and produce appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven field service experience
  • Opportunity to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • English literacy
  • Ability to be effective flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Expertise in mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification

Work Trial:

Mode: ( Video / Voice / In-Person)
Work trial period varies based on individual applications.
