Executive Chef

We are trying to find an artistic and familiar with all issues with baking, Executive chef. You may be the chief & and keep complete control over the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct baking and culinary activities
  • Modify menus or create a new that meet quality standards
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs
  • Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
  • Plan for equipment purchases and repairs
  • Recruit and manage kitchen staff
  • Rectify arising problems or complaints
  • Give prepared plates the final touch
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Adhere to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Keep some time and payroll records
  • Keep a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven working experience for a head chef
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Able to delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Sustain cooking trends and practices
  • Working expertise in various computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
